Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Australia Post is our preferred shipping carrier, who from time to time and during certain times of the year, experience high volumes of parcels which causes delays. We accept no responsibility for delays by Australia Post in delivering parcels from our store to customers. These delays are outside Vasse Skin & Aesthetics control. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The below table is an estimated shipping costing based on Australia Post delivery.

In Store Pick-Up or Local Delivery 

Collection of orders is available and  details will be listed on confirmation emails where collection is selected as preferred delivery option. The usual processing time of 1 to 3 business days still apply. If you want to collect same day of submitting order please contact VSA first via phone or sms. 

Local delivery may be available please contact prior to submitting your order for delivery options (for customers living within Busselton, Dunsborough or Margaret River zones).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vasseskin.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of the products returns on open / used products are not available for hygiene reasons. Refunds will only be given for returns of unopened / unused products. We cannot accept any product that we reasonably believe have been used and in such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund is available and your items will be returned to you within 14 days of notification. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@vasseskin.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

In the event that you have an allergic reaction to a product please stop using the product immediately and contact us at info@vasseskin.com.au,  including a photo, and description of reaction. For allergy reasons the product must be returned with less than 20% of the product used.
