Booking Treatments

 

How to Book Please book online via the Book Now buttons displayed on Vasse Skin & Aesthetics social media pages and website. If you are not able to find a suitable time displayed via the online availability, please email info@vasseskin.com.au with your preferred booking date and time. 
 
Deposits I am currently not collecting deposits, although upon accepting a booking I hope that you will respect my time and my other clients. You will be required to enter a credit card for my online system to accept the booking. Although a deposit to make is not required, your card will be charged if you try to reschedule or cancel an appointment within a 6 hour timeframe from that confirmed appointment. Please refer to the below terms and conditions. 

Reschedule or Cancellations  Any cancellations or attempt to reschedule within 6 hours of confirmed treatment time forfeits the deposit paid.  A client that does not show to a confirmed treatment forfeits the deposit and no future bookings will be accepted or confirmed for clients that do so.  

Treatment Times When a treatment time is confirmed upon receipt of deposit, VSA allocates a specific time based on the treatment. If a client does not present within 15minutes of that treatment time than VSA has the right to cancel and forfeit deposit paid. 

Client Forms   You will be sent a new client form which is required to be completed prior to your appointment. This form will have a number of  questions that are customised to your treatment and may require personal information to be provided such as advising on medical conditions, medications and allergies. If these questions are not answered, the treatment will not be performed. The health and safety of the client is taken seriously and if details have been omitted from these forms, the therapist has the right to discontinue the treatment and refuse future services. 

Treatment Recommendations Depending on skin concerns or condition, monthly or fortnightly treatments may be recommended as well as home-care products prescribed. VSA understands and respects that every persons skin journey is different and unique, and as such may not want  recommendations for products or ongoing treatments. Feel free to mention this in your client forms or on the day at your next appointment.
